International manufacturing standard’s:

TOWNE is certified as ISO-9001 (2000), ISO-13485 (2003), cGMP, and authorized for CE mark. TOWNE produces its products according to international standards. The production manager and quality control manager are responsible.

Production:

TOWNE produces its products according to customer requirements, for example, all our customers require imported steel and raw materials, and providing instruments as per approved samples or catalogue reference.

Facilities:

TOWNE has five manufacturing units, and we also have a manufacturing facility for titanium instruments. All processes are done in TOWNE.

TOWNE prices are very competitive and flexible with customers, providing maximum cooperation. TOWNE’s motto is to keep customers satisfied.

Materials:

Our products are manufactured using the best quality stainless steel as ASTM and DIN standards recommend, which is imported from the USA, GERMANY, FRANCE, and JAPAN. The key to our success is our quality assurance. We use the right material for the right products. We can also create customized products and arrange customized materials for them.

Return policy:

Like every caring and responsible organization, Towne is aware of the facts and contingencies that arise in different areas like workmanship and standards. We care about your money as much as we care about your health. We have return policies in the following ways, if the instrument has not been misused:

• All merchandise must have prior approval before being returned.
• For returns other than company errors, an appropriate restocking charge will be applied.
• Stock Items = 10% restocking charge
• Non-Stock Items = 25% restocking charge
• NOT RETURNABLE: Dated merchandise, if purchased over THREE MONTHS from the date of the return request; products that have been used, show signs of age, or are defaced in any way.
• TOWNE reserves the right to evaluate the condition of all returns for final determination of credit.
